After booking, you will receive an access code via WhatsApp or email. Use this code to unlock the main entrance smart lock.


To unlock the main door:

  1. Swipe your hand over the smart lock display to wake up the screen. 
  2. Enter the 4-6 digit code you received.
  3. Press the # button to confirm and unlock the door.

Make sure to arrive within your booked time slot, as codes are valid only during your scheduled session.


No, the backdoor is exit-only. It cannot be opened from outside for security reasons. Please use the main entrance with your access code to enter. 


If you haven’t received your access code or can’t find it, please contact SAA Team Members directly via WhatsApp or phone.


As the access code is sent manually by SAA Team, it may not be included in the booking confirmation email. We’ll be happy to resend it to you before your session starts. 


Yes. If you arrive late and your teammates are already inside, they can open the main door or backdoor from the inside to let you in.

 

Please note:

  • The backdoor can only be opened from the inside. It is exit-only β€” you cannot enter from outside, even with a code.
     
  • To enter from outside, you must use the main entrance with your assigned access code, or ask someone inside to assist.


You can book your preferred court and session through our online booking (https://shuttlersalain.com) system. Choose between Court 1, Court 2, or Full Court for Day, Evening, or Night sessions.


Rescheduling or cancellations cannot be done online.
To make changes, please contact the SAA Team directly via WhatsApp or phone. Requests are handled manually and are subject to availability and our policy. 


Yes, extension is possible based on availability.  Please contact the SAA team before or during your session to check availability and confirm the extension. 


The system is automated β€” lights and ACs will activate upon entry through the main door.


Use the manual switches. If there’s still an issue, please contact SAA Team


Yes. Although devices may turn off automatically after your session, we request all players to manually switch off ACs, lights, and other electrical devices using the switch panel to avoid unnecessary power usage. 


All players must exit through the main entrance.

  • The backdoor is not permitted for guest player exit and is restricted to court owners only.
  • Please ensure that all devices are switched off and the main entrance is securely closed upon exit.


Yes, but only with players who are part of your session. You are responsible for any misuse of your access code, so please share it carefully. 


No. The court is fully automated and unmanned. For any assistance, please contact the SAA Team via WhatsApp or phone. 


 Yes, Unique shuttlecock steaming device is available in the Wait & Relax area. Players can steam their shuttles before the game for optimal performance. 


Yes, we have changing rooms and restroom facilities available for all players and guests. 


Yes, Free Wi-Fi is available for all players and guests. 


Yes, Free drinking water is available near the main entrance.


Yes, for both kids and adults. Contact the SAA Team for details.


Yes. A basic first-aid kit is available at the facility. For any major injury or emergency, please contact local medical services immediately. 


Yes. Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are allowed on the court. 

All other footwear, including casual shoes, slippers, and outdoor sneakers, are strictly prohibited to protect the court surface and ensure player safety.


 Yes.

  • Free parking is available directly in front of the warehouse.
    We request all players to coordinate with one another, park responsibly, and be considerate to make the most of the available space.
     
  • Additionally, a large paid parking area is available just outside the warehouse boundary.
    During events or peak hours, players and guests are encouraged to use this space for convenience.


 Yes, we have a Wait & Relax area equipped with:

  • Seating space
  • Television
  • Carrom board
  • Warm-up equipment
     

This area is ideal for relaxing between games or warming up before your session.


  • Arrive and exit within your booked time.
  • Do not prop open or tamper with smart locks.
  • Respect other players and time slots.
  • Keep the premises clean and organized.
  • Turn off all smart devices before leaving.
  • This facility is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
